Ulster County Fair

This family-fun community tradition since 1886 features thrilling midway rides for all ages, live music, Wednesday night fireworks, Robinson's Racing Pigs, Two by Two Animal Haven, truck & tractor pulls, horse shows and pulling contests, livestock shows, Wheels of Agriculture game show, glassblowers, chainsaw carving, a stilt walker, exhibits, demonstrations, vendors, a beer tent and favorite fair food.

Headline concert acts: Joe Adee and the Lug Nuts (7:30 pm Tuesday); Chubby Checker (8 pm Wednesday); Cook & Belle (8 pm Thursday); Lorrie Morgan (8 pm Friday); Asia featuring John Payne (8 pm Saturday); Emily Ann Roberts (5:30 pm Sunday)

Fair admission (includes entertainment & parking): $15 ($12 online) Wednesday - Sunday; free for kids under 36" tall; free for ages 62+ Wednesday - Thursday till 4 pm

On Tuesday, admission is $10 and rides are $2 each. Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" & taller) are $25 online before 11 am July 29. Visit the website for onsite wristband and ride ticket prices.

Fair hours: 4-10 pm Tuesday, 10 am-10 pm Wednesday - Thursday, 10 am-11 pm Friday - Saturday, 10 am-8 pm Sunday. Rides open at 4 pm Tuesday and 11 am Wednesday - Sunday. See the website for Sensory Safe Space hours.
