Family Yoga Retreat

Join Candace and Ellen on a retreat for the whole family in beautiful Santa Catalina, Panama. On this yoga and mindfulness retreat, families will stay in lovely accommodations overlooking the Pacific Ocean and enjoy three delicious and nutritious meals featuring local fresh fruits and seafood fresh from the Pacific Ocean daily. Vegetarian options available.

Families will be offered daily yoga classes in our beautiful yoga shala, with incredible ocean views and immersed by nature, with separate instruction for children and adults, and 3 evening family sessions.

The days are yours to wander the beach, enjoy the surf and infinity pool, or spend time connecting to loved ones and lounging on the waterfront sundeck with views of the world-class surf break 'The Point'. Kayaks, bikes, SUP boards, surfboards, bodyboards, skateboards, and snorkels are all available to use at no extra cost.
