ABOUT THE SHOW:
From the moment his tall, red-and-white-striped hat appears at their door, Sally and her brother know that the Cat in the Hat is the most mischievous cat they will ever meet. Suddenly the rainy afternoon is transformed by the Cat and his antics. Will their house ever be the same? Can the kids clean up before mom comes home? With some tricks (and a fish) and Thing Two and Thing One, with the Cat in the Hat, the fun’s never done! Produced by Childsplay.

Curriculum Connections: English/Language Arts, Arts, Social Studies.

WORKSHOP
The Things like to fly their kites. If you were asked to make your own Dr. Seuss kite, what shape would it be? After we explore a few Dr. Seuss stories inspired by the play, students will make their own kites to take home!

Each one-hour workshop is $100 and is limited to 25 students. Workshops are customizable, available year-round, and able to travel to your school for an additional fee.

AGE RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended for grades pre-kindergarten to 4th.
