International Wisconsin Ginseng Festival
To celebrate and education on the uniqueness and importance of Ginseng in our area of Central Wisconsin. Food, beverage, and art vendors will line the streets around the 400 Block and include live entertainment in the band shell. Along with several other events + attractions all focusing on our Wisconsin Ginseng. Come celebrate with us!

-Check out why the Ginseng grows so well here at the 45x90 geological marker.
-Unearth the history of Ginseng at Fromm Farm for living history and a tour of where & how it all began here in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Cooking demonstrations at Robert W. Monk Gardens to find out how to cook with Ginseng.
-Experience the Northwood’s fall colors on Granite Peak’s chair lift rides - just for festival goers.
-Ride the rapids on a world class whitewater course at Wausau Whitewater Park
-Marathon County Historical Society will be featuring Ginseng in their new agriculture exhibit.
-Ginseng Herb & Co-Op and the Ginseng Board of Wisconsin will be hosting a 5K past actual Ginseng fields.
-Woodson Art Museum presents world recognized exhibits.
-Center for Visual Arts holding a poster art contest for the festival.
