How to Write a Query Letter
During this one-day workshop, participants will work on refining their agent query letter and query submission package. Instructors will discuss rules-of-thumb for the standard query letter, and when (and if!) to break the rules. Come prepared to workshop your current query letter. Also covered: how to conduct an agent search, how to stay organized in your search, and when to quit and start over. This workshop is perfect for anyone starting the querying process or anyone registered for an Agent Quick Query meeting at the New England SCBWI Regional Conference in April.
