Nous avons un projet un peu (beaucoup ?!) fou à vous présenter. C’est ambitieux, mais tout à fait réalisable selon la mentalité Kino !

Nous sommes aux premières ébauches du projet et nous aimerions savoir qui serait intéressé à participer/à s’impliquer dans le projet.

Qu’est-ce que c’est ?

Burning man, c’est grande rencontre artistique qui se tient chaque année dans le désert de Black Rock au Nevada. Cette cité nomade, reconstituée chaque année, a pris le nom de Black Rock City. Elle devient alors, le temps du festival, l'une des villes les plus peuplées du Nevada où des groupes de participants se rencontrent et créent. http://www.burningman.com/

Un Kabaret Kino de deux sessions de 48h s’organisera sous les principes du festival, soit en prônant l’auto-suffisance, le partage, la création, l’ouverture, l’engagement…

Quand?

Le festival Burning man se tiendra du 29 août au 5 septembre 2016 (dates à confirmer par l’organisation) : http://www.burningman.com/

Le Kabaret durera 3 semaines autour du 22 août au 12 septembre 2016.

Le voyage vers Burning Man se fera en voiture à partir de Montréal (4550 km) pour TOUTE la délégation. On compte 7 jours de transport à l’aller, 7 jours sur place et 7 jours de transport au retour.

Qui ?

30 participants internationaux, polyvalents, volontaires, créatifs, ouverts, sociables (nous vivrons les uns sur les autres 24h/24 ☺)
Profils recherchés : réalisateurs, monteurs, preneurs son, chefs opérateurs, maquilleurs, régie, post-prod (FX,son).

Frais ?

Présentement en recherche de financement (crowdfunding, partenariats, services, subventions). Une contribution financière des participants sera nécessaire:
- Les frais de participation sont de 380$ (Ticket pour participer à Burning man);
- Billets d’avion vers Montréal pour les participants internationaux (aides possibles).

*** Les participants doivent être prêts à contribuer financièrement selon les subventions obtenues (compter 2000$ si aucune subvention ne tombe, ce qui serait bien malheureux!)

L’organisation s’occupera de la logistique concernant le transport Montréal-Black Rock, les équipements techniques, la bouffe, l’hébergement et de la survie sur place !!
Vu la particularité du lieu, nous devons être autosuffisants, polyvalents, débrouillards et sains d’esprit !!!!!

Nous partirons en mode Kino “faire bien avec rien, faire mieux avec peu, mais faites-le maintenant”. Nous serons donc légers (sauf pour l’eau!!!) : DSLR, LED, Panneaux solaires, tentes, douche solaire, chapeau…

We have a project a little (a lot!) crazy to show you . It's ambitious, but achievable according to Kino mentality!

We are the first drafts of the project and we want to know who would be interested to participate / get involved in the project.

What is it?
A creative laboratory that will be held at the Burning Man festival 2016. You do not know Kino? More info here: http://kino00.com/apropos/mission/

Burning Man, it's a great artistic encounter that takes place every year in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. This nomadic city reconstituted annually, took the name of Black Rock City. It then becomes, the time of the festival, one of the most populated cities in Nevada where groups of participants meet and create. http://www.burningman.com/

Two 48h sessions will be organized under the principles of the festival, either by promoting self-sufficiency, sharing, creativity, opening, commitment ...

When?
The Burning Man festival will be held from 29 August to 5 September 2016 (dates to be confirmed by the organization): http://www.burningman.com/
The Kabaret last three weeks around August 22 to September 12, 2016.

The trip to Burning Man will begin from Montreal for ALL the delegation. There are seven days of Transportation (4550 km) , 7 days at Burning Man and 7 days for way back to Montreal.

Who?
30 international participants, versatile, volunteers, creative, open, sociable (we live on top of each other 24/24 ☺)

Profiles: directors, editors, sound guy, cinematographers, makeup artists, craft, post-production (FX, sound).

Costs?
Currently seeking funding (crowdfunding, partnerships, services, subsidies). A financial contribution will be required of participants:
- The participation fee is $ 380 (Ticket for Burning Man);
- Flight tickets to Montreal for international participants.

*** Participants must be willing to contribute financially as subsidies received (2000$ if no subsidy falls, which would be very unfortunate!)

The organization will take care of the logistics for transportation Montreal-Black Rock, technical equipment, food, shelter and survival on the spot !!

Considering the particularity of the place, we must be self-sufficient, versatile, resourceful and sane !!!!!

We leave in Kino fashion "do well with nothing, do better with little, but do it now." We will be light (except for the water !!!): DSLR, LED, solar panels, tents, solar shower, hat ...
Any help will be welcome! If you want to get involved in the organization, assist in fundraising, partnership, give us tracks, support, sweet words, please do not hesitate !!
