Chakra Awakening and Samskara Clearing with Carole

Join Carole for a weekend full of Chakra exploration. We will learn about each Chakra Center, and how they may manifest in the physical, energetic, and emotional parts of ourselves.
We will dive into each Chakra through meditaion, discussion, and aromatherapy.
We will then use our knowledge and experience of the Chakras to begin to create awareness and insights into our habitual patterns, or Samskaras, in life. Once we have opened to this awareness, we will learn techniques to help clear the past and make space for the future.

A perfect weekend workshop to start the New Year, and set the stage for a healthy and prosperous 2018.
