Imagine life with a creative, intelligent thought process and willpower that shines forth in continual support. In this Yoga course we focus on both internal and external practices that make your mind clear from negative habits, create wise boundaries, and strengthen your ability to visualize and actualize your life.
What is awareness of our own intellect?
Learning how to swiftly access higher wisdom, recognizing and integrating the sense channels and clearing the way to act intuitively are all parts of the full yoga system, once we step beyond the physical form. In this course students will learn using diagrams and clear explanations of the different levels of self how to bring these subtle levels, like the intelligence of our own higher wisdom and guiding intuition into our daily lives.
We practice slowing down our reactions and let things unfold on their own, while willingly showing up in our own life, as it is and as it is becoming. This is the work of inner alchemy through which we can actively manifest our lives in a vibrationally higher plane of experience and existence. We will study and understand different kinds of meditation and how to design guided meditations with specific results for ourselves, loved ones, and professionally - if you are an instructor.
