Tails On The Trails: Healthy Parks Healthy People Trail Series

NEVADA'S ONLY DOG-FRIENDLY TIMED TRAIL RACE:

Tails on the Trails is the only timed trail race (of any length) in the state of Nevada that allows you to run with your canine companion. Brought to you by (and benefiting) the Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation, Tails on the Trails gives you three timed trail options--the 10K course, the 5K course, and for slower and older humans and canines, the 1 Mile Lazy Dog Jog. These three world-class courses will be held on October 7th, 2017 at Hidden Valley Regional Park in Reno, Nevada.

CANINE FESTIVAL & BARKETPLACE

In addition to our three marquee races, we'll be throwing an all-day dog-friendly festival at the Link Piazzo Dog Park (also where the start and finish line will be located), featuring interactive activities and games guaranteed to make tails wag, an agility course, vendors, food, craft beer, amazing raffle prizes, and a free pup sprint (a race in the morning and afternoon inside the dog park).

RACE OPTIONS & PRICING:

The Canine Climb (10K): $40 through 8/2/17, then $50

The Ruff Ridge (5K): $30 through 8/2/17, then $40

The Lazy Dog Jog (1M): $15 through 8/2/17, then $20
