3rd Annual Girls Weekend

Guess what ladies? Yup that’s right we are doing it AGAIN! Who wants to hang out with Deb & I at Girl’s Weekend 2018? We hope you all said “we do!”

Our theme will be Hawaiian Luau and our shirts will be orange & yellow.

YOU MUST BE 21 or older and NO KIDS ALLOWED!!! LADIES ONLY unless you are a vendor or entertainer!!! The hotel is not closed to only us so there will be other guests at hotel that may be men or children however they will not have access to any of the vendor areas or the Drag Show unless they are women. Vendors are NOT open to public….the show is open to public but LADIES ONLY and cost will be $10 for non-girls weekend guests…bar is open to public as its part of the hotel and we can do nothing about that.

Hotel Room Door Decorating Contest...no holes can be put into door frame or walls so keep that in mind a good resource for hanging is the 3M command strip hooks or the Scotch removable mounting putty. The winners will receive prizes……. your doors need to be decorated by 4pm on Saturday and winners will be announced at midnight on Saturday in the lounge.

Pajama Contest on Friday starting at 10:30pm in the lounge. Most creative Hawaiian theme and sexiest Hawaiian theme are the two categories and there will be prizes for all the winners.

Limbo Contest on Saturday night starting at 10:30pm in lounge. Prize for the one who can go the lowest.

Bunco there will be one session Friday starting promptly at 6:30pm in the lounge & two sessions Saturday starting promptly at noon & 3pm. You MUST register in advance to play seats are limited to 36 per session…email us to register at helpinghandsmic@gmail.com

Pizza, chips,soda or water will be ready to pick up starting at 11:30pm Friday night if you check in Friday & 11:30pm Saturday night if you check in Saturday in the main dining room. Additional pizzas can be purchased in advance for just $10 each.

Goody Bags each guest will receive a goody bag with an event t-shirt, a Hawaiian lei, a weekend itinerary, a vendor passport, extra garbage bags and a special treat.

Breakfast is included & will be served both Saturday & Sunday mornings from 6am-11am in dining room.

Vendors will be open Friday night from 6:30pm-8:30pm in main vendor room and 10am-3pm on Saturday main vendor room…… Private room vendors will be open from 6pm-10pm on Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. Some private room vendors may do earlier or later by appointment. It’s a good idea to make appointments in advance as much as possible for things such as tattoos, piercings, hair services, nails, massage, any of the classes, foot soaks, facials, etc. VENDORS ARE NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC!!!
There will be wine tasting and sweet treat vendors on site….There will be a photo wall with props for fun pictures. There will be canvas painting classes, quilling classes, young living oils make & take classes & more.

Joe Battles Acoustic on Friday 8:30-10:30 & Karaoke 10:30pm-2am

Metzler Mobile DJ on Saturday from 6pm-2am

Dee Dee & Macy’s Drag Show will be Saturday 7-9:30pm in the Ren Room (main vendor room) LADIES ONLY!!!! Open to public for just $10 but to LADIES ONLY

Queen rooms two double beds for up to 4 ladies is $200 one night & $400 two nights
You can reserve your room with a $50 non-refundable deposit and have until March 15th to pay in full. We can invoice you for payments. We can split the cost between all sharing rooms and send each an invoice. You can NOT be refunded less than 2weeks from event unless WE cancel the event.

Check in starts at 3pm on Friday and check out is 11am on both Saturday & Sunday. Just FYI its best to do both nights as there will be different things going on each night but if you can only do one night we recommend Saturday night and you can check in any time after 8am on Saturday.
