Do you want to have generative, strategic conversations that help your nonprofit be more impactful? In this workshop, you'll learn how to make the shift toward well run meetings that are an asset to the organization instead of a drain on time and resources. Whether you are an Executive Director or a Board Chair (or better yet, both attending together!) we will show you how to design and facilitate meetings to make the best use of your time and encourage board member contribution. The techniques can also be used to improve committee and staff meetings.
