2017 Johnny Cash Heritage Festival

This three-day Johnny Cash Heritage Festival in Dyess, Arkansas, builds upon the highly successful music festival held for four years on the Arkansas State University campus in Jonesboro. The festival honors the Man in Black and the New Deal programs that shaped his childhood In Dyess, the nation’s largest agricultural resettlement colony. The event includes a world-class concert in the field adjacent to the Cash Home, Arkansas roots music in the Colony Circle, a symposium, arts and crafts and food vendors, demonstrations, and tours.
