Black Eyed Sally’s Southern Kitchen & Bar is located at 350 Asylum St, Hartford, CT 06103. Known for his global mega hits ("Talk It Over", "Bring It All Back", "How Bout Us") and songs in the blockbuster films "Thelma and Louise" and "Fried Green Tomatoes", Hugh's piano playing has been called "a veritable cyclone of soul" and his voice has been compared to Sam Cooke and Otis Redding.
His new band features 17 year old Blues guitar phenom Bobby Paltauf (who performed with Blues legend Buddy Guy when he was just 12!), drummer Tyger MacNeal (formerly with The Average White Band, Johnny Winter and Jose Feliciano), bass man Anthony Candullo (who has performed with Yonrico Scott of the Derek Trucks Band, Duke Robillard and Natalie Forteza) and singer Polly Messer (former member of the popular swing band Eight To The Bar). Hugh's music and high energy shows has earned praise from music critics and musicians alike in the worlds of Soul, Blues and Roots Rock.
