Therapeutically Oriented 300-Hour YTT Certification
Are you craving a serious training with Therapeutically oriented instruction? Do you know how to adapt the practice for individual students’ needs? Are you comfortable in a one-to-one setting? What about group classes with therapeutic essentials? Maybe you have specific conditions in your own body that have yet to be addressed in a regular class-room setting? This training is designed to empower individuals in the deep understanding and healing of our mind, body and spirit.
This 300 hour yoga instructor certification was designed specifically to address the therapeutic essentials of yoga using asana, meditation, pranayama, energy anatomy (chakras/nadis), ayurveda, marma, mantra and yoga psychology; 10+ weekends over the course of 9 months, (includes a final, week-long wrap-up).
This highly esteemed course is taught by licensed health care professionals as well as seasoned yoga practitioners specializing in therapeutic elements. Be prepared to be immersed in the wisdom of yoga as a physical, emotional and spiritual healing practice. You will deepen your understanding of how to work one-on-one with your students so they can compassionately modify poses, accommodating to the unique needs of their bodies. With the practice and guidance provided throughout this program, you will develop both the confidence and the practical therapeutic tools necessary to restore general health and wellbeing.
